About Us

The third largest hub for international airlines in Oman, Located 13km north-west of Suhar City Centre, the airport was developed strategically to support the Sultanate’s ambitions in the tourism, manufacturing and logistics sectors and currently serves as a vital gateway for both domestic and international passenger and cargo traffic. The airport also serves as a gateway for domestic and emergency alternatives to Muscat International Airport.

The airport currently has four check-in counters, four immigration counters at departures, and five immigration counters at arrivals.

Sohar Airport –airlines-, Air Arabia, Qatar Airways, SalamAir, QeshmAir, Oman Air. (alternate airport), and several private jets and charter flights.

International destinations Doha, and Sharjah
